Today, in assembly, we celebrated the upcoming canonization of Carlo Acutis, the first millennial saint. The children learned about the love Carlo had for animals, how he helped victims of bullying and his unwavering love for Christ in the Eucharist. The children were surprised to learn that saints can be very young. They enjoyed hearing his life story. St Carlo Acutis, pray for us.
