Recently we had a very special visitor in our P1/2 classroom 💇♀️
As part of our “People Who Help Us” topic, Ms Monika’s niece Eva came in to chat to the children about her job as a hairdresser. Eva works in Brian Martins in Armagh, and the boys and girls were absolutely fascinated hearing all about what she does each day ✂️
Eva very kindly treated the girls to the most beautiful plaits — there were big smiles all round — and she even managed to fit in some styling for the boys too! 💙
It was such a lovely way for the children to see how people in our local community help others feel good, build confidence and take pride in themselves.
