Our wonderful Primary 7 buddies teamed up with Primary 1/2 for a heartwarming afternoon of creativity, conversation and connection. After exploring love affirmations and thinking about the importance of speaking kindly to ourselves, the children created beautiful pieces of artwork celebrating what makes each of them special. It was inspiring to see our older pupils supporting and encouraging their younger partners as they shared what they love about themselves.
The fun continued as everyone worked together to make delicious buns, showing fantastic teamwork and care. To round off the day, we enjoyed a lovely walk where buddies chatted about what they love most about our school — from friendships and favourite lessons to our welcoming community. It was a truly special experience that strengthened friendships and reminded us all of the power of kindness, confidence and connection.
