P6 welcome back Mollie and Laura. In Theme 2, our P6 pupils explored why babies cry and how caring adults respond with empathy. We were so excited to welcome Laura and Mollie for our family visit. During Baby Mollie’s visit her “magic mummy” Laura showed the special bond they share — comforting, tuning in, and meeting Mollie’s needs with patience and love. The children got to see at first hand how Mollie communicates her needs and that gentle, responsive care helps babies feel safe, understood, and deeply connected to the people who love them.
