Roots of Empathy🌸
29th Apr 2026
We were delighted to welcome our Tiny Teacher, Mollie, and her mummy, Laura, for our recent Roots of Empathy visit. During our session, we explored the importance of communication and the many different forms it can take, from facial expressions and gestures to sounds and words. It was wonderful to witness so many special, heartwarming moments between Mollie and her mummy, which really helped bring these ideas to life.
We were especially excited to see how much Mollie has grown and developed since our last visit. She has recently mastered an important new milestone—crawling! We are all incredibly proud of her and loved watching her confidently explore her surroundings.
The children were full of curiosity and asked thoughtful questions about Mollie, including her favourite foods, the nursery rhymes she enjoys, and what makes her laugh the most. To end our visit, we presented Mollie with a special little book of nursery rhymes for her mummy to share with her at bedtime—a small gift to continue supporting her development and enjoyment of language at home.
